Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
This is a draft; legal review is recommended before publication.
These Terms of Service govern the use of Response360 by businesses (tenants) and their authorized users. By using the service you agree to these terms.
1. Parties and definitions
“Response360” / the “Service” is the omnichannel, AI-assisted customer-communication automation platform. The “Customer” / “tenant” is the business using the Service. An “end user” is the counterparty in the conversations a tenant runs with its own customers through the Service.
Legal entity providing the Service: [company name / address / tax no / VERBİS no]. Contact: [email protected].
2. Scope of the Service
Response360 brings customer messages from channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, website chat, SMS and email into a single stream, triages them with AI (selecting a suitable answer from the tenant’s pre-approved answer bank), and routes sensitive/uncertain messages to a human queue.
The AI never generates freeform text; it only selects one of the tenant’s written FAQ answers by ID. Any ambiguity or error results in the message being handed off to a human.
3. Customer (tenant) obligations
- Be responsible for the accuracy and currency of answer-bank content.
- Define which topics must never be answered automatically (sensitive topics).
- For broadcasts, reach only recipients with explicit opt-in consent and honor opt-out requests.
- Comply with applicable law (including KVKK, GDPR, and commercial electronic message regulations).
4. Unacceptable use
The Service may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, harassing or unsolicited (spam) communication. Accounts may be suspended for violations.
5. Fees
Fees, subscription plan and billing terms are set out in the [commercial agreement / pricing schedule].
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Response360 is not liable for indirect damages. [Liability cap to be set in the commercial agreement.]
7. Governing law and changes
These terms are subject to [governing law / competent courts]. Response360 may update these terms; material changes are announced reasonably in advance.
